Redemption Process

  • Enter: Scratch Code, Name (as per bank), Mobile, Email, City & State
  • Upload invoice (dated within offer period)
  • Choose Cashback mode: NEFT (Bank A/C + IFSC) or UPI ID
  • Submit the form for verification.
  • Upon successful verification of your invoice, we will send a code and a web link to your registered mobile number within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Visit the provided redemption URL and follow the instructions to claim your assured Cashback.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Offer valid from 1st September’2025 to 26th October’2025; Last Date to redeem the Gift is 15th November’ 2025.
  • This offer is valid for residents of India who are 18 years of age and above.
  • Applicable on Purchase of Mixer Grinders, Juicer Mixer Grinders, Garment steamers, Air Fryers and Induction Cooktops only in a single invoice from authorized Havells outlets.
  • One scratch card per invoice; one redemption per customer (per mobile number, email ID, and payment method).
  • Each eligible customer can win only one gift through the scratch card – either a Cashback amount (₹101/-, ₹251/-, ₹501/-, ₹1 100/- or ₹9 999/-) or a gold coin (1 Gram or 5 Grams), as revealed upon scratching.
  • The gift revealed is final and cannot be exchanged, altered, or converted.
  • Only original, clear, and valid GST invoices will be accepted; handwritten, altered, or unclear invoices will be rejected.
  • Gold coin and Car winners will be required to complete KYC and bear applicable taxes (e.g., Gift Tax, TDS), the winners will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.
  • One lucky winner will receive a Mahindra BE 6 (Pack One Variant) and the lucky draw results will be announced on 30th October’2025. The variant and color of the vehicle will be at the sole discretion of Havells India Limited. The lucky winner shall be chosen from the total registration received during the offer period. All taxes and insurance are to be borne by the customer (Road Tax, Gift Tax, Insurance). The winner shall be contacted via email and a period of 30 days shall be provided to submit the required documents and deposit gift tax to CNPL. In case the customer does not respond, the company reserves the right to cancel the Prize.
  • The customer’s name and mobile number on the invoice and registration must match for successful redemption. In case of any mismatch, the cashback or gift will be forfeited.
  • Offer not valid for Havells employees, dealers, distributors, or trade partners.
  • Havells and its authorized agency reserve the right to verify entries, reject invalid submissions, substitute equivalent rewards, or modify the offer without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or misuse the redemption process will lead to disqualification and legal action if required.
  • Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
  • Havells may change, alter, or remove the terms and conditions of the offer/scheme without prior notice, and may also short-close the scheme/offer without prior notice.
  • Participation in this offer is absolutely free and optional. Customers are not charged any fee for participating. The products are available for purchase at the same prices, with /without participation in this offer.
